CIS PhD student awraded prestigious Government of Ireland / IRCHSS award

CIS scholar Joseph Hiney has been awarded a prestigious Government of Ireland / IRCHSS PhD scholarship to support his work on port privatisation. This is partuicularly good news due to the reduction in the number of such scholarships now available and maintains a remarkable six year run in which CIS PhD scholars have been sucessful in this national competition.
