There are several ways you can contact us for help and support. We have created a list of frequently answered questions which may answer your question too.

In Person

Visit us in the library at any time at the Information Desk. Staff are available during all the hours that the Service desks are open.

Email

Use our Online enquiry form to send us your questions. We normally respond within 24 hours, except at weekends, when we respond on Monday, and when the University is closed we respond on the first working day after reopening.
