ISS Service Desk

A Computer Service Desk, staffed by the DCU Information Systems and Services (ISS) Department, is located in the printing/photocopying area on the ground floor of the library.

   It is staffed from     08.30 - 20.00 from Monday to Friday
                               12.00 - 15.00 on Saturday

Come to this desk for help with:

• All your IT problems or questions - for example network issues, retrieving lost files, hardware problems, PC access
• Configuration of your laptop for Wifi access
• Your questions on printing, photocopying and scanning on the multifunction devices
• Any problems with your PaperCut account

Any questions relating to the use of library e-resources (journals, databases) should be directed
to staff at the Information Desk on the ground floor.
