Schedule of events being held in the Library for new students
Library Tours Join us for a tour around the library. There will be two tours daily, 12 noon and 1pm from Monday 26 to Friday 30 September. Tours will take 30 mins. You can also check out our Virtual Tour
Printing & Photocopying Demonstrations on how to use the printers and photocopiers will take place on the ground floor at the IT helpdesk. There will be two demonstrations every day for Week 1 and 2, at 12:30 and 13:30. Demonstrations will take 30 mins.
Reading Lists: find books and more Find out how to use the library catalogue and locate books from your reading lists. Sessions will take place in Training Room 1 on the ground floor. There will be two training sessions, 12 noon and 1pm every day from Monday 3 to Friday 7 October. Sessions will take 45 mins.
Express Service Demos Library staff will show you how to borrow and return items using the express service machines on the ground floor. Demonstrations will take place during Week 1 & 2, everyday (Monday – Friday) at 11am, 11.30am, 12 noon, 12.30pm, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm.
