Making of Modern Law
MOML provides access to 10.6 million pages of legal
history relating to American and British Commonwealth law from1800. It
allows full text searching of 22,000 rare works from casebooks to local
practice manuals to speeches - all of which are subdivided into 99
subject areas
A journal is a scholarly publication issued in parts, with a scholarly audience. It differs from a magazine which is a continuing publication, informal in tone, and intended for a general audience, not scholarly in nature. A journal's intent is to add to the body of knowledge on a given subject.
