Section 1 - Data Protection Statement

• The Personal data that you submit on this application form for the DCU Access Service (a unit within Dublin City University, the Data Controller) is confidential and will be used in conjunction with your Access DCU application to ensure that we can assess your eligibility for this scheme.
• This information may also be used for research and statistical purposes, in which case, your identity would remain confidential. This information will be treated in accordance with the DCU Data Protection Policy which can be accessed at the link below.
• DCU shall only process such data for the purpose for which you provide it. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing and you have the right to access any data you submit on request. The data you submit will be held for the duration of your studies in DCU plus 2 years post graduation by the Access Service.
• The personal data may only be disclosed to staff and agents of DCU in order to deliver services to you in line with this application.
