During your time at university, you will learn to manage your time and juggle many activities as well as become more independent.  During that time, it can be a balancing act and sometimes it will flow and sometimes it will be difficult to manage.  Being healthy and energised will help you with that balancing act.  In this section, we have provided many resources that you can avail of to help you learn how to manage your health and wellbeing.  Your personal development is important and university is the perfect time in your life to grow.
