Whiskey Part 2

"What Whiskey will not cure there is no cure for" (Irish Proverb).

Join us on Wednesday, September 2nd at 3.00pm with AFU member Mary Mc Carthy for the second part of a two-part presentation on Whiskey. 

This presentation will provide an opportunity to learn more about how to "read" whiskey.  Find out more about recognising aromas and flavours and having a bit of fun when doing it.  All you will need is of course a drop of whiskey. You don't have to be a whiskey drinker to join in or to have attended the previous presentation. By the end of the presentation you should be able to decipher aromas and understand what you are experiencing from the label.
