DCU Age Friendly University Joins the Celebration at DCU Culture Night 2025

DCU Age Friendly University was delighted to take part in Culture Night Dublin 2025 at our St. Patrick’s Campus.

The campus came alive on Friday 19th September with live music, circus acts, art workshops, exhibitions, sensory play, and more, a true celebration of fun, creativity, and community. Families of all ages joined in, making the evening a memorable cultural experience.

At our stand, we shared information about the Age Friendly University initiative and hosted intergenerational games that both children and adults enjoyed. These activities encouraged connection across generations, sparked plenty of laughter, and showed how play can build bridges.

We were thrilled to be part of such a vibrant evening alongside other DCU initiatives and to welcome so many families to our historic campus. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to join in and celebrate with us.
