50 Plus Show Dublin 2026

We are delighted to announce that DCU’s Age-Friendly University (AFU) Initiative will once again be attending the 50 Plus Show Dublin 2026, taking place at the RDS, Ballsbridge on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th March 2026.

The 50 Plus Show is Ireland’s leading lifestyle event for people aged 50 and over, bringing together a wide range of exhibitors, expert speakers, demonstrations, and workshops across health, wellbeing, finance, travel, hobbies, technology, and more.

Each year, AFU participates with a pop-up stand where we share information about our educational opportunities, lifelong learning programmes, and age-friendly initiatives at DCU. Visitors will also have the opportunity to enter our free raffle, with prizes including vouchers for DCU educational courses and Love of Lifelong Learning programmes.

Dr Christine O’Kelly, Age-Friendly University Coordinator, will also be speaking at the event, sharing insights into DCU’s age-friendly initiatives and the importance of lifelong learning in later life.
