DCU Career Mentoring 2026/2027: Mentor Application Form

Thank you for applying to be a DCU Alumni Mentor. Please note that only DCU graduates are able to apply to become a DCU Mentor.

Mentors are asked to commit to the programme between October 2026 until April 2027.
The Matching process begins in mid-October and we ask Mentors to inform the Alumni Office if they can no longer participate before matching begins.
Mentors commit to one meeting a month with their mentee, up to an hour, online or in person.
