Autumn Graduations 2025

October 2025 Graduations at Dublin City University

Over 4,600 graduates will receive their parchments this week

Twelve ceremonies are taking place in the Mahony Hall in The Helix over four days this week (October 20 - 23), featuring students from the university’s five faculties; the DCU Business School, the Institute of Education, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Science & Health, and the Faculty of Engineering & Computing.

The Autumn Graduations see the first graduates from

  • Grad Cert in Autism Education
  • Master of Education in Special Educational Needs
  • BSc in Physics with Data Analytics
  • BSc in Psychology and Disruptive Technology
  • BSc in Psychology and Mathematics
  • Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Sustainability Engineering
  • BSc in Digital Business and Innovation
  • Master of Science in Financial Technology and Innovation
  • Master of Science in Athletic Therapy and Strength and Conditioning
  • BSc in Chemistry with Artificial Intelligence
  • Graduate Certificate in Women's Health
  • BSc in Bioprocessing

In the recently announced Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026, DCU ranked in the top 350 universities in the world, and was ranked 1st in Ireland for research quality.

Speaking ahead of the first ceremony, Prof Dáire Keogh, President of Dublin City University said:

“The graduation ceremony is one of the most important occasions in any university calendar. Today is a proud day for the entire DCU community, as we recognise and celebrate the academic achievements of our students.

Today, as they start the next chapter, I am confident that they will continue to honour DCU’s enduring mission, ‘to transform lives and societies’.”
