Academic biography

I am a Full Professor of Finance in DCU Business School since September 2020. Before that, I worked as Associate Professor of Finance in Rennes School of Business in France for five years. My PhD is from Trinity College Dublin, awarded in 2007.

My research examines financial behaviour through a data science perspective. In Rennes, I established Europe's first Artificial Intelligence-driven Business research centre, and was editor for seven years, of the main behavioural finance journal: Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance. I have about 50 research publications, including in good international journals such as Research Policy, Journal of World Business, Risk Analysis, The Energy Journal, and British Journal of Management.
