With a wealth of experience in a host of post-primary settings and extensive knowledge in the teaching of German as a foreign language, presenters will showcase a host of classroom strategies in relation to the learning, teaching and assessment of German in the post-primary classroom. 

This webinar is organised by the German Teachers’ Association of Ireland (Gesellschaft der Deutschlehrenden Irlands / GDI). The following areas will be considered: Incorporation of all skills in every lesson; Using the target language with learners; Practical strategies for classroom management; Where to source authentic and engaging German resources; How to effectively employ active learning methodologies; Networking with other language teachers. A host of resources ready to use with your class will be provided.
