Join us for this online session specifically for Primary School Teaching Final Year students which will include:

  • Hearing directly from a former Principal and current Director of Schools with an ETB on what Principal's want to see from applicants for Primary Teaching positions and what to expect at interview
  • Sharing of Careers Service resources and top tips on how best to prepare applications and develop your interview skills
  • A question and answers session with a DCU BEd graduate sharing their experience and top tips for navigating the first few years of your teaching career
  • Insights from one of our Psychologists in the Counselling Service on managing interview nerves and anxiety as well as balancing work and life from a career wellbeing standpoint as you transition from student to teacher
