This new initiative provides an excellent opportunity for final year students to meet with the top Irish, Multinational, SME and government organisations who are keen to recruit DCU students and graduates for their graduate programmes and entry-level roles for 2023.

This event contributes to the high level of graduate employability in DCU as highlighted in our latest Graduate Outcome Survey results from earlier this year, which indicates that 94% of DCU students are in employment or future study six to nine months after graduation.

In addition, Dublin City University has been ranked 23rd in the world and first in Ireland for its graduate employment rate, according to the 2022 QS Graduate Employability Rankings.

The ‘Employer in Residence’ initiative, launched by the DCU Careers Service provides a great opportunity for companies to build their talent pipeline and meet our graduating classes of 2023.
