DCU students are encouraged to participate in this year’s Student Survey
DCU first year and final year undergraduate students, and all students on taught postgraduate programmes, are being encouraged to participate in the national Student Engagement survey, studentsurvey.ie.
The survey will be open to DCU students from Tuesday, 3 February until Tuesday, 24 February 2026.
The survey is an opportunity for students to tell the University about how they engage with their learning and broader student life at DCU. The survey provides the faculties, schools and our support units with valuable student feedback that helps us plan how to best meet the needs of our students.
Students can participate by responding to email invites, or by selecting Dublin City University and using their Student ID to enter the survey at www.studentsurvey.ie.
Dr Rachel Keegan, Director of the Quality and Institutional Insights Office in DCU, said:
StudentSurvey.ie is invaluable to the University as it gives us a clear, honest picture of our students’ experiences. Student feedback directly shapes our priorities, strengthens our decision‑making, and helps us deliver on DCU’s mission to transform lives and societies.
We are grateful for students’ participation in studentsurvey.ie. After students complete the survey, they will be entered into a weekly draw. During each week of fieldwork we will be giving away a €100 gift card, a €50 gift card and two €20 gift cards. In addition, at the end of fieldwork all participants will be entered into a final draw to win a €500 Aer Lingus gift card. The earlier students participate in the survey, the more chances they have to win one of the prizes.
