The hybrid nature of the course is very student friendly, offering flexibility while maintaining engagement with lecturers and classmates.

I decided to undertake DCU’s MSc in Public Policy as I was interested in developing my knowledge of policy development and this course offers very practical modules and assessments.

The Rapid Evidence Assessment has been a particularly valuable experience.

By completing research for a civil service department, I have found this exercise to strongly improve my research, analytical, and teamwork skills while getting the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to policy development.

The hybrid nature of the course is very student friendly, offering flexibility while maintaining engagement with lecturers and classmates.

The assessments also provide the opportunity to explore diverse areas such as housing, the European Union, and environmental policy, allowing students to tailor their learning to their interests.

This course has reinforced my desire to enter a public sector policy role and has opened doors for me to apply for jobs in this area that I otherwise would not have.
