'This programme has been a career-changer and life-changer for me in many respects'

"The MSc in Education and Training Management was incredibly interesting and much different to what I expected. It’s very entrepreneurial so while there is theory, there is quite a bit of practical to it. I started from a low level of videography skills but by the time I completed the programme, I was confident and competent in that area. 

"In my day-to-day job, it has made me think a lot more about how we design and deliver training, particularly in a classroom environment where I teach pilots. I tend to plan better and as well as that, my own educational values are a huge part of how I deliver it too. 

"I’m pursuing a PhD at the minute and it was prompted by this programme. I really enjoyed the entrepreneurial dimension of the Masters so when I completed it, I took a year out and went back into the PhD programme to reengage and develop the creativity even further.
