Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX LX Flow Cytometer

The Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX LX is a powerful flow cytometer for detailed cell analysis. It combines multi-laser, multi-detector flexibility with high sensitivity, allowing researchers to examine a wide range of cell types and characteristics. Compatible with both tubes and plates, it is adaptable to different workflows, while violet side-scatter detection provides improved resolution of small particles.

• Five spatially separated lasers at 375 nm (Near-UV), 405 nm (Violet), 488 nm (Blue), 561 nm (Yellow-Green), and 638 nm (Red)
• 19 configurable detection channels with repositionable bandpass filters for customized multi-color detection
• Compatible with both tube and 96-well plate modes; supports high-throughput workflows
• High Sensitivity & resolution: Side scatter via the blue laser resolves particles > 300 nm; Violet side-scatter > 80nm
• Fast acquisition speed of up to ~30,000 events per second (for 19 parameters)
