Fact-Finding Mission on Social Partnership brings Korean Delegation to DCUBS

A delegation from the Korea Labour Institute and the New Paradigm Centre, Korea visited DCUBS as part of a week-long fact-finding mission to learn about Ireland's National Workplace Strategy, and to meet with Government, Employer and Trade Union representatives to understand more about how Ireland's social partnership approach has contributed to innovation and change in Irish workplaces.

The visit was part of a wider series of visits to EU countries, which also included Finland and the UK. The delegation was particularly interested to learn about the DCUBS research led by Professor Patrick Flood which is concerned with workplace partnership and  competitiveness conducted in collaboration with the National Centre for Partnership and Performance (NCPP).
