DCUBS Welcomes Exchange Students from Northeastern University, China

MBA students from Northeastern University (NEU), Shenyang, China are visiting DCU Business School this week as part of a student exchange agreement between the two partner universities. NEU is a prestigious highly ranked university in China with over 30,000 students and 2,000 faculty. This week's student exchange visit follows the signing in December 2008 of an Memorandum of Understanding between the institutions by DCU President, Professor Ferdinand von Prondzinski and NEU President, Professor Jicheng He. 

During the exchange visit NEU's MBA exchange students will attend classes at DCUBS. They will also visit a number of Irish companies, which will give them an insight into the Irish business environment.

On-going collaboration between the DCUBS and the NEU School of Business Administration will see further implementation of initiatives including staff and student exchanges and research collaboration.
