Two final year BSc. in Marketing, Innovation and Technology (MInT) students Marc Geraghty and Eoin Melvin have been awarded the scholarships for BUPT Summer Programme for Future Global Leaders in IT by DCU International Office.

The 2011 summer program for Future Global Leaders in IT is an exciting youth leadership training program, initiated by DCU partner university, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).

Under the background of rapid development in IT industry around the world, especially in China, the program is designed to enhance international academic communication, show the professional technological IT achievements, and help the promising IT starts to explore a wider IT world.

The students will spend 3 weeks during July 18 - August 7, 2011 in Beijing.
