Mindfulness - Spring Lunchtime Series
Our informal guided practice is back for March and April, facilaited by trained Mindfulness pracitioners and volunters at DCU.
Each session is 30 minuntes, online via Zoom and held every Tuesday. All levels and abilities are welcome, remember you can dip in and out if 30 minutes is too long for you.
Open to all DCU students and staff.
