Intensive Swimming Lessons
An intensive week of swimming lessons can rapidly build a child’s water safety skills, confidence, and comfort in the water through consistent daily practice. It also supports physical development by improving coordination, strength, endurance, and focus in a fun and engaging environment
Beginners
This class builds children's confidence by teaching the fundamentals, including floating, breathing, and basic water safety. To progress to Improvers, children will need to be able to put their face in the water and swim 15m continuously on their front and back without a board.
Improvers
Children will work on body position, technique, and breathing in front crawl and backstroke. They will be introduced to breaststroke and butterfly in Improvers 2. To progress to Swim Squad, children must be able to swim 100m in under 3 minutes in two of the four strokes.
Swim Squad
This class develops and refines all four strokes. It builds strength, stamina, and endurance, and will also work on improving diving. Participants will swim in a more structured sessions.
