DCU Sport is celebrating a significant achievement, having been awarded three National Quality Standard (NQS) Awards at the Ireland Active ceremony last Friday! The awards were secured across our Sports Complex, Sports Grounds, and Morton sites, recognising the dedication and high standards upheld by the entire team.

Understanding the National Quality Standard Awards
What are the National Quality Standard Awards?
The National Quality Standard Awards (NQS) are the most respected awards in the Irish leisure, health, and fitness industry. Previously known as the White Flag Awards, they have been in operation since 2001 and stand as the only industry-specific award in the sector. The awards recognize operational excellence and are granted across three distinct levels:
- Outstanding
- Exceeded
- Achieved
