Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) is here to support you throughout your studies with secure, reliable, and easy-to-use digital services. From WiFi and email to online learning and collaboration tools, we’ll help you get connected and make the most of your time at university.
To get you started, here’s a quick guide to the key systems and supports you’ll be using from day one.

Your Core Digital Services
Account Information:
Your DCU account (email, username, and password) gives you access to student services including Gmail, WiFi (Eduroam), and Loop.
Microsoft Office 365 (Free):
Free for all students while studying at DCU (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and more).
Eduroam WiFi:
Secure, global WiFi access available on campus and in thousands of locations worldwide.
DCU Apps:
A suite of Google tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar and more) to support your learning and collaboration.
Loop:
DCU’s online teaching environment with lecture notes, activities, discussions, and assessments.
Student Apps / My Page:
Quick access to your email, account, and services via the Student Apps link at the bottom of every DCU webpage.
Qualtrics:
A user-friendly platform for creating and analysing surveys, available to all students.
Computer Labs:
Labs with university-provided software are available across all DCU campuses.
Printing:
Print, copy, and scan across campus using Ysoft SafeQ.
Staying Connected:
Remember, you can access your student email and other digital services anytime through the Student Apps link at the bottom of every DCU webpage, putting everything you need right at your fingertips.
