The projects featured here reflect DCU’s commitment to meaningful learning experiences and highlight the long‑term economic, industrial, and societal impact that student-led innovation can inspire.
This year’s Final Year Projects Expo presents approximately 300 projects to future employers, industry partners, and our wider community. The variety of topics demonstrates the collective effort of students, academic staff, technical teams, professional support units, and the many enterprise partners who contribute through placements and real‑world collaboration.
The different projects will be showcased in the Polaris building on DCU’s Glasnevin Campus. Officially opened in 2025 by An Taoiseach, Polaris represents a major investment in the future of STEM at DCU.
