DCU Process for FOI Requests

The DCU Freedom of Information Unit is based within the Office of the Chief Operations Officer (OCOO). 

If you are a member of DCU staff and you receive a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, you must forward it immediately to the Freedom of Information Unit. The Freedom of Information Unit will contact the relevant Head of Unit (copying the relevant member of the Senior Management Group) about the request.
