Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships
The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) programme supports high-calibre international students who wish to study at NFQ level 9 (master level only) in Dublin City University (DCU). GOI-IES application is not applicable to postgraduate cert, diploma or PhD study at DCU.

Apply to DCU: You must first apply and secure a firm/unconditional offer from DCU

Candidates with an expired offer will not be considered during the shortlisting process.

All applicants to DCU must pay the Admission Application Fee of €50.
- GOI-IES provides a full fee waiver including deposit and tuition fees for one year full time masters programmes only.
- Apply for GOI-IES: Potential applicants should read the call documentation carefully to ascertain whether they are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted via the GOI-IES online portal when the call opens (usually Jan-Mar).

3 DCU GOI-IES scholarships are available. DCU will not accept more than one scholar per programme.
