Claddagh Scholarships
The Claddagh Scholarship Programme (CSP) is an initiative to encourage Chinese students to study in Ireland
This scholarship is initiated by Education in Ireland and is an official Irish scholarship program specifically for Chinese students.
| Scholarship Policy Overview | |

| Award | Scholarships between €2,000-€7,000, applied as a reduction to the second semester tuition fees of a full-time postgraduate or undergraduate programme. |
| Who can apply | Applicants who are normally resident in China, who have non-EU status and will pay non-EU tuition fees. |
| Selection criteria |
Claddagh applicants must submit their CVs, motivation letter and proof of deposit paid on the Education in Ireland Application Platform. The scholarship will be assessed based on academic achievement, and evaluation of the applicants’ potential to contribute to the overall DCU community. Students are only eligible to receive one DCU scholarship. |
