Bernie Gray

Ms. Bernie Gray is an executive coach and Management Consultant. She is an accountant, with expertise in a number of areas include Board governance, change management, HR, business coaching and business restructuring.

She holds a B.Sc. Public Administration (Hons.) from TCD, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also holds a post graduate Diploma in Executive coaching from UCD and is a Chartered Director (Institute of Directors).

She is currently a member of the Accountability Board of the Civil Service, Business in the Community and a member of the Audit Committee of the RCSI. She has held a number of non – executive roles including Board member Irish Payment Services Organisation, former Chairperson of Eirgrid plc, Board member of the Public Appointments Service and Telecom Eireann (now eircom).
