Celebrating student excellence of our 2025 graduates

The School of History and Geography congratulates our outstanding students who were recently honoured both by the School of History & Geography and by the Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences during graduation ceremonies on 21st and 22nd October. 

Seamus Anderson received the BA History medal, Leah Gough was awarded the Dillon medal in Geography, Evelyn O’Driscoll earned the BA Climate and Environmental Sustainability medal, and Seán MacRoibeaird received the MA in History medal.

These medals recognise the very highest academic achievement in each of our programmes. We are hugely proud of all four recipients and are also delighted to see their hard work and commitment recognised at Faculty level.
