Digital Signage - General Troubleshooting of TV and Nettop (mini PC).

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure TV is turned on.
  • Make sure PC is turned on
  • Make sure that the correct HDMI port on the TV is correctly set as source
  • Ensure that wireless keyboard and mouse are operating and restart PC from Windows ie through START menu
  • If Windows requests a login – please contact ISS Service Desk – this should not have to happen, but sometimes does.
