Our Vision

To establish DCU Business School as one of the premier European centres for the study of leadership and talent with an emphasis on developing insights to share with senior executives and business leaders which contribute to sustainable organisational performance, economic growth and development.

Our Mission

To produce leading edge research, executive programmes and engagement with the practitioner community to boost effective leadership and talent management effectiveness and sustainability within a framework of stakeholder stewardship. The centre will prioritise sharing this knowledge with students, executives, policy makers, educators and alumni as well as utilizing their inputs to centre development.

Our Engagement

Members of the Leadership and Talent Institute work regularly with leading organisations as consultants, advisors and speakers. Our members have received numerous international awards for their contributions to research and practice in the broad areas of leadership and talent. Institute members hold speaking and consulting engagements with organisations such as Adidas, Bank of Ireland, Danish Confederation of Industry, Enterprise Ireland, ESB, ESBI, GE, Invest Northern Ireland, KPMG, Medtronic, Pirelli, Pernod Ricard, Teagasc and a number of government departments. 

The Institute will, through continuing industry partnerships, conduct cutting edge research and translate this research to improve organisational practice.  We will deliver engaging and interactive events, sharing insights with senior HR executives and CEO's, which contribute to sustainable organisational performance.
