Archives and Special Collections welcomes students, staff, researchers, and members of the public to discover unique archival, special, and digital collections that support teaching, learning, research, and public engagement at Dublin City University.
Our collections document the history of DCU and its predecessor institutions, alongside nationally significant archives, special collections and born-digital collections.
Our collections are available to students, staff, researchers, and members of the public for consultation in our dedicated Reading Room by appointment, while selected archival, special, and digital collections can also be explored online.

Archives and special collections material may be consulted in the Archives and Special Collections Reading Room, located on the lower ground floor of the O'Reilly Library, DCU Glasnevin Campus.

Access is by appointment only. Researchers should submit an appointment request in advance and wait for confirmation before travelling.
