About the Course

As family firms evolve across generations, the needs of the family, the owners and the business will change.  To address these evolving needs and to meet the family’s desire to become a multigenerational business, this programme will provide Irish family business leaders with the knowledge and skills to design appropriate governance structures for their business.

The course will take place from 13th September on three consecutive Mondays, allowing for reflection and questions between each session. If you would like to inquire about a place on the programme, spaces are filling quickly so please contact executive.education@dcu.ie for more information.
