Age Friendly Network at DCU: “I am Generation Equality: Realising Women’s Rights”

The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day focuses on a new generation of women. We wish to also celebrate the lives of women who came before and celebrate their creativity in ageing. DCU's Age-Friendly University Initiative and Silver Thread have partnered on a series of workshops resulting in a showcase event of stories, pictures and songs celebrating the lives of ordinary women.

This event will take place on March 9th in the Mentoring Suite of the O'Reilly Library, on the DCU Glasnevin campus.
