Welcome to the North Dublin Science Festival 2026 (November 8-15). Funded by Research Ireland and delivered by Dublin City University as part of Science Week, this year’s festival dives into the theme of Water.

Science belongs to everyone. Whether you are a lifelong learner, a curious neighbour, or visiting a science event for the first time, our goal is to bring research out of the lab and into our community. Join local researchers for dynamic events, from VR experiences that bring coral reefs to life to immersive workshops exploring energy science, river health, plastic pollution, and the hidden stories in your data.
