The first step in tackling gender based violence is to equip ourselves with information. Week One focuses on reading and watching resources to build up our knowledge base.

| Are they Too Into You?: Red Flags and Green Flags in Young Relationships |

Too Into You is a campaign from Women’s Aid focused on supporting young people, in particular young women, aged 18-25 around intimate relationship abuse. 📅 Date: Thursday 4th December 11am – 12pm Who: Mary Hayes, Too Into You Project Coordinator, will explain the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, the red flags of intimate relationship abuse and tell people where they can get support if they are worried about their own or a friend’s relationship. |

Week Two: Take Action
Once we have equipped ourselves with knowledge, the next step towards Digital Activism is to take action. Week two focuses on practical advice and options to get involved.
5th December
SafeZone
Dublin City University provides emergency support and communications to staff and students anywhere in the world through a free app called SafeZone which links users with University Security.
Week Three: Come Together
The final stage of Digital Activism is to come together to pledge our commitment to ending Gender Based Violence. Week Three offers opportunities to get together, share what you've learned and commit to continuing our activism.

Join us for our 16 Days of Activism Walk
Join us as we mark the end of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign with a walk around Albert College/Hampstead Park (Slí na Sláinte route, 1.8 km).
