Do you know what the DCU Dignity and Respect Policy says? Do you understand how the policy is relevant to your day to day working life?
This session breaks down the DCU's Dignity and Respect at Work and Study Policy and Procedures and explains how and why it is relevant to all staff at DCU. The session will explain employees' rights and responsibilities under the policy as well as reporting pathways and support available.
By exploring the values and expected behaviours laid out in the policy, this session aims to empower staff to promote dignity and respect within their day to day working life and to live the values that are fundamental to our positive university community.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE
