This training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to foster an anti-racist culture within the workplace. In this training, participants will delve into various legal, professional and informal approaches to combatting racism.

• Understand legal protections against racism in Ireland and resources for policy-making.
• Recognise systemic issues and inequalities contributing to racism in the workplace.
• Apply equality insights in hiring and promotion to mitigate bias.
