Ambassador Chhabra will deliver a talk on ‘India and the World – Multialignment and Geopolitics’, examining Indian foreign policy and the enduring influence of non-violence and Gandhian philosophy on India’s global outlook and engagement.

About Ambassador Rahul Chhabra:
Ambassador Chhabra has had a distinguished 40-year career in diplomacy, policy-making, and corporate strategy. He has advised international organisations including the UNDP, served as High Commissioner to Kenya, Ambassador to Somalia, and Permanent Representative to UNEP and UN-Habitat. He has been instrumental in shaping India’s economic and foreign policy, promoting international trade and investment, and advancing India’s engagement across Europe, the US, Africa, and Asia. He holds degrees from St. Stephen’s College and Delhi School of Economics, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta, where he was placed on the Roll of Honour.
