This workshop explores anti-racism by centering the deeply human needs of belonging and inclusion, inviting participants to build empathy through storytelling and reflective dialogue.
In a brave and thoughtfully facilitated space, participants will engage in honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations, examine their own identities and biases, and consider how racism shapes both interpersonal relationships and broader societal systems.
Together, we will move from reflection to action, strengthening our shared commitment to cultivating a more equitable and inclusive university community.
