This interactive session will explore culture and identity, how our own beliefs and experiences shape our worldview, and practical strategies for navigating cultural differences with confidence.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Define culture and identity and understand how they influence behaviour and expectations
- Recognise how personal beliefs and cultural lenses shape interactions
- Identify common challenges in multicultural environments
- Apply practical strategies to strengthen intercultural communication and collaboration
- Develop greater intercultural competence and cultural intelligence
The session is reflective, practical and immediately applicable to everyday university life.
