Join us for an insightful Women’s Health session hosted by Dr Ui-May Tan, Vhi Health & Wellbeing Clinical Lead, designed to support women at every stage of life. This engaging talk will explore key aspects of women’s health, including physical and mental wellbeing, healthy aging, nutrition and lifestyle choices that can make a meaningful difference to everyday health.

Dr Tan will share practical, evidence-based insights and guidance, drawing on her clinical expertise to help attendees better understand their bodies, build healthier habits, and feel empowered in their health decisions. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and deepen the conversation.

Format: 30–45 minute talk followed by a 15-minute Q&A
Audience: Open to all interested in women’s health and wellbeing

About Dr May


Health and Wellbeing Clinical Lead completed her Executive MBA in DCU. She is a member of the ICGP and with her current position as the Medical Director for the Dublin Marathon and the Race Series, she has been providing the medical support for the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon. She works closely with Athletic Ireland in providing medical supports in races. She is also an Executive Board member in the International Institute of Race Medicine (IIRM) a clinical governance body for providing medical guidelines for treatment protocols in Race Medicine. She has been working as a Clinical Wellness physician providing integrated Wellness Programmes in corporates to ensure employee health and welfare. Currently she has been involved in the design and lead majority wellness programmes in most large corporates across every industry. She understands the importance of maintaining good physical and mental health and has experienced how this can positively impact on companies by boosting performance, reducing illness and improving the acquisition and retention of top talent.
