The Vhi HealthCheck Station is coming to DCU! This free biometric health check unit, powered by SISU, gives all DCU staff members the chance to get quick, personalised health insights.

Available all week, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Simply walk up to the station at your convenience.

The whole check takes just 4 minutes, simply drop by and follow the on-screen instructions.

How it works:

1. Create your account: a one-time setup that keeps all your health data in one place. We recommend using a personal email address so you have lifelong access to your results.
2. Complete your HealthCheck: step up to the station and follow the prompts for your quick 4-minute check.
3. Explore your results online: access your personal Health Portal anytime to view your graphed results history and your Vhi HealthCheck Score, which breaks down your health indexes and how to improve them.

This is a free service available to all DCU staff; no appointment is necessary.
