We’ve Improved How We Support You

To ensure your queries are handled more efficiently and reach the right expert immediately, the DCU People Team has transitioned to a centralised DCU People Helpdesk.

One Form, direct to the Right Team 

Instead of managing multiple email addresses, you can now log all routine requests through our simple helpdesk ticketing system. This change allows us to provide faster, more consistent support while also allowing you to have better visibility of your requests

Please use the DCU People Helpdesk for day-to-day queries, including:

  • Leave & Absence: Annual leave, sick leave and special leave inquiries.
  • Documentation: Contracts, reference letters and employment verification.
  • Onboarding: Support for new starters and induction queries.
  • People Systems: Technical help with HR software and portals.
  • Recruitment: Application updates and hiring process queries.
  • Learning & Development: Training info, course bookings and growth support.
  • Pensions queries: Scheme info, retirement queries.
  • EDI queries: Event and policy information, wellbeing queries.
  • General Inquiries: Any routine questions for the DCU People Team.
