This service is available to all DCU and campus company staff and your immediate family (18+).
DCU People Policies
Throughout our working lives we can encounter varying degrees of personal and work related challenges. The University has a suite of policies that aim to create an environment where colleagues can feel comfortable reaching out if they are struggling with health challenges or simply working to achieve a positive balance between work and life.
Such policies include personal, family and dynamic leave and health support policies, full details of which are available on the benefits page.
The full range of DCU People policies can be the DCU Policy Website.
