Stakeholder Framework Model
The new stakeholder framework introduces a more integrated and collaborative approach to how DCU People partners with the organisation. By grouping Academic, Professional and Research units into multidisciplinary pillars, the model strengthens alignment while recognising the distinct needs of each area. This pillar structure is supported by a matrix overlay that brings together Senior DCU People Leaders, embedded DCU People Partners, and aligned Centres of Expertise (COE) team members ensuring strategic oversight, consistent quality and access to specialised expertise across the organisation.
